TL;DR
AI Engineer (LLMs/RAG): Building enterprise AI applications, scalable backend APIs, microservices, and multi-agent workflows with an accent on LLM integration, vector search, cloud infrastructure, and AI security. Focus on designing technical architectures, implementing production-grade CI/CD and observability, and solving complex performance, security, and prompt-injection challenges.

What you will do
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy AI-powered software components.
- Build scalable backend APIs, microservices, enterprise AI workflows, and multi-agent systems.
- Architect solutions and implement CI/CD pipelines for production deployments.
- Develop AI capabilities involving LLMs, RAG, tool and function calling, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and ingestion pipelines.
- Guide technical features and provide development estimates while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead technical strategy, mentor teams, and support customer enablement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including AI application development with LLMs and RAG.
- Strong Python and backend engineering experience with scalable APIs and microservices.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Google ADK, or similar agent frameworks.
- Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, RBAC, API security, encryption, secrets management, least-privilege access, and AI security practices including OWASP LLM Top 10 and prompt-injection defenses.
Nice to have
- Experience building 0-to-1 AI platforms.
- Kubernetes security knowledge, including NetworkPolicies, image scanning, and Pod Security Standards.
- Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 42001, or NIST AI RMF compliance frameworks.
- Experience working with global teams and supporting customer enablement.
