What you will do

• Partner with customer sponsors and SMEs to identify and implement high-value AI use cases.
• Design and build end-to-end prototypes including data connectors, RAG pipelines, and APIs.
• Productionize AI services using CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and secure observability.
• Implement and iterate on retrieval-augmented generation, prompt strategies, and model fine-tuning.
• Build robust data pipelines and vector indices with strict metadata governance.
• Capture field feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience in production systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI systems design.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama) and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).
• Proficiency with Cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Must be based in France and fluent in both French and English.

Nice to have

• Frontend experience with TypeScript, React, or Next.js for UI prototyping.
• Knowledge of Search/IR fundamentals (BM25, hybrid retrieval, re-ranking).
• Experience with MLOps platforms like MLflow or Weights & Biases.
• Expertise in inference optimization (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, quantization).
