What you will do

• Define AI architecture and technical strategy across the full lifecycle from design to production.
• Architect and build LLM-powered systems including RAG patterns, multi-agent orchestration, and vector databases.
• Develop scalable ML platforms, pipelines, and workflow orchestration for event-driven operations.
• Design APIs and backend services integrating AI capabilities with enterprise and third-party platforms.
• Lead model development and optimization, ensuring research approaches translate into reliable production systems.
• Co-define the AI roadmap with leadership and mentor engineering teams to champion AI standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering fundamentals including system design and API development.
• In-depth experience with AWS, specifically AWS GenAI offerings and cloud-native AI architecture.
• Expertise in MLOps, AI infrastructure, and distributed event-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLM systems, prompt engineering, and agentic AI development.
