What you will do

• Take full ownership of the daily operations of the Locked Simple Earn product to ensure performance and user experience optimization.
• Build and maintain comprehensive growth operations systems, including standardized processes and quality control mechanisms.
• Design and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to performance tracking and ROI optimization.
• Establish data-driven decision frameworks to monitor core operational metrics and validate growth hypotheses.
• Coordinate cross-departmental and external partnership efforts, including KOL management and joint marketing campaigns.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and business scalability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing or operations with a proven track record of end-to-end project management.
• Deep understanding of crypto Earn/wealth management products, staking mechanisms, and crypto user behavior.
• Strong background in building standardized operational workflows and implementing quality control systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis, financial awareness, and the ability to deconstruct complex business problems.
• Exceptional cross-functional communication and collaboration skills for working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to demonstrate high levels of stress resilience and strategic adaptability in market-shifting conditions.

• Experience in building operational systems from 0 to 1 for large-scale projects with 200k+ users.
