What you will do
- Define and evolve the sales pitch, objection-handling playbooks, and competitive differentiation for the SMB segment.
- Maintain and update product knowledge bases, pitch decks, and battle-cards used by the Sales team.
- Deliver interactive training sessions to Sales teams to build sales mastery and ensure adoption of developed assets.
- Run structured feedback loops by collecting signals from customers and the market to influence product and brand strategy.
- Attend regular customer meetings to test narratives live and gather field evidence for asset improvement.
- Scale core narratives across multiple market segments to drive consistent business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Marketing (product marketing or sales enablement).
- Strong written communication skills in both English and French.
- Must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
- Proven track record of measuring the impact of sales narratives and competitive positioning.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to define success metrics and iterate based on data.
- Willingness to engage directly with Sales teams and participate in field customer meetings.

- Experience in high-growth, B2B SaaS, or high-tech environments.
- Familiarity with health insurance, HR tech, or SMB sales motions.
