What you will do

• Lead go-to-market initiatives for the xP&A solution, including launch strategies and engagement plans.
• Translate complex product features into compelling, customer-centric value propositions.
• Perform win-loss analysis and use data tools like Salesforce and Gong to drive strategic decisions.
• Create high-impact enablement assets and battlecards for sales teams.
• Develop creative engagement content, including webinars and video material.
• Collaborate across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SaaS product marketing with a focus on GTM execution.
• German proficiency (fluent) and strong English communication skills.
• Proven track record in creating messaging frameworks and buyer persona alignment.
• Experience leading full product launch cycles.
• Strong project management, writing, and presentation abilities.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in interpreting market insights.
