What you will do
- Drive major enterprise customer integrations from technical discovery through launch and activation.
- Standardize onboarding frameworks, playbooks, and launch service levels to ensure repeatable delivery.
- Translate commercial commitments into structured integration plans in partnership with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
- Perform technical triage to reduce unnecessary engineering escalations and manage integration documentation.
- Mentor junior team members and define the future hiring roadmap for the Implementation department.
- Establish performance indicators focused on time-to-value and launch predictability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Implementation, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Program Management within SaaS or AdTech.
- Track record of leading 20+ enterprise implementations from discovery to activation.
- Strong technical fluency including APIs, data flows, and integration architecture.
- Experience building onboarding systems and frameworks rather than simple task coordination.
- Ability to operate in high-growth, ambiguous environments with enterprise-grade presence.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and leveling up team members.
