Director, Implementation (Actimize): Providing end-to-end technical, delivery, and strategic leadership for Actimize solution implementations with an accent on regional technical strategy, delivery governance, and multi-disciplinary team management. Focus on driving innovation, capability building, and leading executive-level engagement to ensure high-quality outcomes across AML and fraud solutions.

Location: Must be based in London, UK. This role follows a hybrid model: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote.

What you will do

• Provide executive-level oversight for regional technical implementations, ensuring adherence to quality, timeline, and budget.
• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of technical managers, architects, and implementation leads.
• Govern technical strategy, risk management, and architectural alignment for complex client projects.
• Drive innovation through cloud-native delivery, DevOps practices, and AI integration.
• Act as a senior technical authority in executive-level client engagements and pre-sales processes.
• Define and refine technical methodologies, design standards, and QA processes to improve delivery predictability.

Requirements

• Proven success in leading large technical organizations and managing executive stakeholders.
• Deep mastery of Actimize solutions, including AML, Fraud, Case Management, and X-Sight.
• Strong command of enterprise data flows, cloud platforms, ETL, and systems integration.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate delivery risks and design scalable technical frameworks.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in London, UK.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on operational excellence and team capacity planning.
