What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of product changes across multiple squads to ensure timely, low-friction releases.
- Support cycle planning and prioritize work across delivery streams while managing dependencies and risks.
- Act as the primary link between business, product, and engineering teams to remove silos.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to make delivery processes faster and more scalable.
- Provide transparent progress reporting and risk assessments to leadership.
- Support squads by proactively identifying blockers and facilitating conflict resolution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Delivery Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role.
- Strong grounding in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall (Prince2) methodologies.
- Deep understanding of product development life cycles and cross-squad coordination.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance business needs and technical realities.
- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and dependency mapping capabilities.
- Must be able to pass a confidential consumer credit check and DBS check.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, or technical architecture.
- Proficiency in agile tools such as Jira or Confluence.
