What you will do

• Lead customer implementations as the primary point of contact for enterprise and commercial partners.
• Create, coordinate, and execute comprehensive project plans across cross-functional internal and external teams.
• Manage project phases from kickoff and technical configuration to training, go-live, and stabilization.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while developing necessary contingency plans.
• Establish standards for clear, transparent communication and reporting with key stakeholders.
• Develop repeatable processes and tools to support scaling the implementation team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management with a focus on B2B software deployment.
• Proven track record of driving complex healthcare technology implementations from initiation to completion.
• Experience implementing electronic record systems (Epic is a plus).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to synthesize complex information.
• Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Detail-oriented with a strong bias toward execution and rapid decision-making.
