Salary: $153,600–$239,000 USD annually (based on location)

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, secure cloud solutions tailored to customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation.
• 5+ years of experience as a contact center technology architect or senior developer working with platforms like hirify.global Connect, Avaya, Cisco, or Genesys.
• 3+ years of experience designing NLP/NLU solutions using frameworks like Lex, Dialogflow, or Rasa.
• 3+ years of hands-on coding experience with REST APIs and web service integration.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional).
• Proficiency in automation and scripting tools like Terraform and Python.
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards such as HIPAA or GDPR.
