- Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.

- Act as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies, especially in conversational AI.
- Share knowledge through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and contact center technology platforms.
- 3+ years designing and implementing NLP/NLU solutions using major conversational AI frameworks.
- Hands-on coding experience with REST APIs and integration of multiple contact center platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as computer science, engineering, or data science.
- Must be located in the United States as the role requires onsite presence in specified cities.
- English proficiency at least B2 level.
Nice to have
- AWS Professional level certifications.
- Experience with automation and scripting (Terraform, Python).
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR).
- Experience incorporating generative AI into contact center solutions.
