What you will do
- Drive outbound pipeline creation using multi-channel strategies including email sequences, LinkedIn prospecting, and cold calls.
- Conduct deep strategic research on target accounts to identify business pain points and buying signals.
- Own the first-touch experience by leading discovery conversations to qualify and convert prospects.
- Constantly test and iterate on outreach messaging to optimize performance and share insights with the team.
- Represent the company at industry events and field activations, managing travel requirements as needed.
- Maintain data integrity and sales velocity within HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or outbound sales (SaaS, AdTech, or B2B tech preferred).
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity based in Boston.
- Proven track record in executing outbound sequences, prospecting, and cold outreach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to different buyer contexts.
- Comfortable thriving in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
