What you will do

  • Execute high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Design, test, and optimize new go-to-market strategies in partnership with Marketing.
  • Track campaign performance and analyze messaging and targeting effectiveness.
  • Build and refine operational playbooks based on real-world results.
  • Manage daily outreach, research, and discovery conversations to meet pipeline targets.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or business development experience in SaaS or tech sales.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing, experimental startup environment.
  • Execution-driven with a strong ownership mentality.
  • Collaborative mindset for partnering effectively with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
