What you will do
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of BDRs focused on outbound pipeline generation across the Americas.
- Run structured 1:1s, live call coaching, and rep-level performance reviews to identify and close skill gaps.
- Oversee all outbound channels including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Leverage warm intent signals and GTM engineering data to prioritize outreach and sharpen targeting.
- Monitor and improve key channel metrics while running structured A/B tests on messaging and cadences.
- Collaborate with Demand Gen and Account Executives to align outbound efforts with company revenue goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a BDR or SDR role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- 1+ year of experience in a team lead, mentorship, or coaching capacity.
- Proven record of exceeding pipeline targets across the Americas.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using CRM systems like HubSpot.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City.
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Apollo or Lemlist.
