What you will do

  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of BDRs focused on outbound pipeline generation across the Americas.
  • Run structured 1:1s, live call coaching, and rep-level performance reviews to identify and close skill gaps.
  • Oversee all outbound channels including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Leverage warm intent signals and GTM engineering data to prioritize outreach and sharpen targeting.
  • Monitor and improve key channel metrics while running structured A/B tests on messaging and cadences.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen and Account Executives to align outbound efforts with company revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a BDR or SDR role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • 1+ year of experience in a team lead, mentorship, or coaching capacity.
  • Proven record of exceeding pipeline targets across the Americas.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using CRM systems like HubSpot.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Apollo or Lemlist.

  • Experience with AI-assisted prospecting tools.
  • Background in fast-paced, scaling startup environments.
