What you will do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and new customer prospects within the CPG industry.
- Drive the execution of prospect account plans in alignment with services, sales, and product management objectives.
- Engage potential customers through regular physical visits to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Manage administrative activities including order management and design administration.
- Ensure seamless transition of secured accounts to Key Account Managers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to generate high-quality leads in relevant categories.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an engineering field.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
- 5-8 years of experience in solutions-based or value-based technical sales.
- Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated ability to target prospects and build pipelines.
- Solid understanding of pricing strategy, category management, and financial acumen.
- Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems.
