What you will do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build a high-quality outbound pipeline via multi-channel outreach including email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Perform precision research on target companies to uncover buying signals and business challenges.
- Own first-touch prospect conversations and qualify meetings for the sales team.
- Test, iterate, and optimize messaging and sequences for maximum conversion.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to unlock new growth motions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or commercial roles in SaaS, AdTech, or B2B tech.
- Proven track record of success with digital prospecting at scale (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sequences, cold calling).
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-autonomy startup environment.
- Resilient, disciplined mindset with a focus on consistent execution and high volume.
- Persuasive communicator with strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the retail, marketplace, or media monetization landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
- Experience running or supporting field marketing events and activations.
