TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Sales): Engaging local merchants in the Dutch market to join the marketplace and scale their services with an accent on outbound lead generation and full-cycle sales. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Valencia, Spain (Hybrid role: 3 days in office, 2 days remote).

What you will do

  • Proactively hunt for new business leads and initiate contact with potential partners across The Netherlands.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial cold call to contract signature and onboarding.
  • Negotiate deals and build lasting relationships with merchants in sectors like food, beauty, and leisure.
  • Maintain and optimize your sales pipeline within Salesforce to track progress and hit targets.
  • Represent the brand in the Dutch market and drive growth through high-volume outbound activities.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
  • Must be located in or willing to work from Valencia, Spain.
  • Competitive mindset with a focus on targets and results.
  • Excellent communication skills with comfort in high-volume phone work.
  • Resilience and drive to succeed in an outbound-focused sales environment.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows.
