TL;DR

Sales Specialist (Cybersecurity): Driving revenue growth for Next-Generation Identity security solutions across the Northern European region with an accent on mid-market and enterprise customer acquisition. Focus on building relationships with security stakeholders, articulating value propositions against competitors, and executing territory plans to meet sales targets.

Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom (Remote role with travel requirements across UK, Benelux, and Nordics).

What you will do

  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify and develop opportunities within new and existing accounts.
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations highlighting identity protection capabilities.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand complex customer security challenges and requirements.
  • Support proof of concept implementations to demonstrate solution effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key security stakeholders and CISOs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales.
  • Proven track record of selling complex security solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Strong understanding of identity security concepts, attack vectors, and protection strategies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience working within a team-selling environment.
  • Must be able to travel across the UK, Benelux, and Nordics as needed.

Nice to have

  • Background in security consulting or pre-sales engineering.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and identity-based attack techniques.
  • Familiarity with hirify.global products or competitive solutions like Okta or Microsoft.
