What you will do

  • Manage, mentor, and interview a team of Regional Account Executives and Partner Managers to build a high-performance culture.
  • Participate actively in key deals with partners and accounts to navigate obstacles and secure revenue.
  • Conduct rigorous weekly pipeline reviews and rhythm-of-business updates to ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Drive partner and channel strategies, fostering relationships with distributors and resellers across the LATAM region.
  • Analyze sales statistics to optimize CRM usage and refine prospecting methodologies.
  • Represent the brand at industry trade shows across regions like Mexico and Colombia.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on Spanish-speaking LATAM markets.
  • 5+ years of people management experience with a proven track record of building teams from scratch.
  • Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Ability to travel 30–35% for partner engagement and industry events.
  • Current residency in Florida or ability to work remotely from Florida.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the SaaS or Cybersecurity industries.
  • Demonstrated history of managing partner ecosystems and channel conflict.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management.
