What you will do
- Lead and scale the Enterprise sales organization across North America, driving revenue growth within large global accounts.
- Define the long-term enterprise go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, account planning, and operating models.
- Develop a leveraged go-to-market motion by integrating strategic channel partnerships and global system integrators.
- Recruit and mentor high-performing enterprise sales leaders and account executives for complex multi-stakeholder deals.
- Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate new enterprise offerings and support platform expansion.
- Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts, building relationships with C-level stakeholders including CIOs and CISOs.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a focus on large, complex organizations.
- Proven track record leading sales teams for Fortune 500 or highly regulated industry accounts.
- Experience scaling high-growth technology companies through major revenue milestones (e.g., $200M to $1B ARR).
- Deep expertise in navigating multi-threaded sales processes and coaching teams through complex enterprise cycles.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
