What you will do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key enterprise clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Drive product adoption, client satisfaction, and commercial renewals through strategic engagement.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to represent the voice of the customer and resolve complex technical issues.
- Lead QBRs, performance reviews, and client-specific optimization sessions.
- Analyze usage data to proactively identify and execute upsell opportunities and growth strategies.
Requirements
- German fluency (C2) is required.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 5+ years of work experience, including 3+ years in client-facing roles like account management, consulting, or customer success.
- Professional experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, martech, or data platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and build actionable strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with retail media, marketplaces, or media monetization ecosystems.
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English and German.
