What you will do
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets within the Spanish Public Sector.
- Engage and build relationships with C-level stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers in government and health sectors.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity qualification to contract closure and ongoing account management.
- Navigate and utilize Spanish Public Sector procurement policies and frameworks.
- Partner with internal teams, MSPs, and technology alliances to expand market reach.
- Collaborate with Professional Services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and successful solution adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, specifically closing SaaS solutions within the Spanish Public Sector.
- Proven ability to manage and grow new business pipeline with strategic, long-term focus.
- Deep understanding of Spanish government IT initiatives, procurement frameworks, and stakeholder management.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding annual and quarterly sales bookings targets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate effectively at the C-level.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Madrid, Spain.
