What you will do

• Own the product design vision and execution from user insight to shipped interface.
• Design complex, data-rich dashboards and workflows that are intuitive and usable.
• Establish design systems, components, and patterns to ensure consistency.
• Conduct lightweight user research, including interviews and usability testing.
• Partner with product and engineering to shape strategy and prioritize usability.
• Produce high-quality UX, UI, and interaction designs for a scaling product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in a startup environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, data-rich, or workflow-heavy product work.
• Proven ability to design core flows, dashboards, and interactions end-to-end.
• Clear communication skills to explain design decisions and tradeoffs.
• Comfort with rapid iteration and shipping in an early-stage setting.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS, analytics, or enterprise tools.
• Understanding of frontend constraints and ability to work closely with engineers.
• Experience shaping brand or product identity in the early stages.
