What you will do

• Partner with clients to translate business goals into clear implementation plans within the platform.
• Own the full configuration and onboarding process for new customers to ensure rapid value realization.
• Design, validate, and iterate on complex data models to maintain accurate and meaningful reporting.
• Query and analyze aggregated data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap based on implementation findings.
• Refine configurations and metrics to provide ongoing value throughout the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong SQL and database proficiency for driving configuration decisions.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into testable logic and rules.
• Experience in client-facing roles such as implementation, solutions engineering, or customer success.
• Rigorous attention to detail, specifically regarding data correctness, edge cases, and overlap management.
• Excellent communication skills for high-level client consultations.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience turning raw, noisy data into actionable business intelligence metrics.
• Familiarity with regex-based querying for complex analytics workflows.
• Prior experience with software implementation for new teams.
