What you will do

• Partner with product leadership to prioritize the roadmap based on customer impact, revenue, and technical constraints.
• Translate high-level priorities into actionable execution plans, milestones, and timelines.
• Act as the operational bridge between product, engineering, GTM, and partner teams.
• Manage product testing, release coordination, and partner onboarding programs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve how product work is planned, executed, and documented.
• Surface risks early and unblock teams to ensure predictable product delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in product operations, program management, or technical operations.
• Ability to communicate technical tradeoffs and work closely with engineering teams.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on structured prioritization and planning.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication style to keep cross-functional teams aligned and moving.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, data, analytics, or workflow products.
• Exposure to API-based platform products or partner integrations.
