Staff Product Manager

Location: Remote across the United States

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Define product vision and strategy for federal civilian programs and portfolios.
• Lead and monitor scope, schedule, delivery requirements, and strategic initiatives with limited oversight.
• Build consensus among stakeholders, leadership, delivery teams, and practice groups while communicating tradeoffs.
• Present product strategy and recommendations to internal and external audiences.
• Mentor product professionals and drive improvements in product management practices.
• Partner with Project and Program Managers on scope, deliverables, growth opportunities, proposals, and solution development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of experience; relevant experience may substitute for education.
• 3+ years of experience directing assignments for cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, influence, consensus-building, and conflict-mitigation skills.
• Experience defining product vision and strategy and making decisions under uncertainty.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• CSPO, CPM, CSM, or another related certification.
