What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting processes for technical roles from kickoff to offer.
• Source senior engineering talent proactively across Europe and Latin America.
• Manage hiring for GTM and Customer Success roles within the US.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and conduct high-signal interviews.
• Navigate international hiring complexities using EOR and contractor models.
• Document and scale recruiting processes to build a strong foundational hiring infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter in an early-stage startup environment.
• Demonstrated success hiring technical talent specifically in Europe and Latin America.
• Strong background partnering with U.S.-based tech startups.
• Proficiency in proactive outbound sourcing and closing passive candidates.
• Ability to operate independently in a fractional/contract capacity.
• Excellent communication skills and experience managing stakeholders across different time zones.
