What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the assigned fintech or web3 vertical.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including hiring, onboarding, and training.
  • Engage directly with Tier-1 clients and key stakeholders at the executive level.
  • Drive significant revenue growth and hit ambitious monthly turnover targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve product positioning and represent the brand at major industry events.
  • Establish processes to ensure knowledge transfer and consistent team performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Web3 or 10 years in Fintech sectors.
  • Proven leadership experience as Head of Sales, VP Sales, or Sales Director.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing Tier-1 partnerships.
  • English language: Fluent proficiency required for C-level negotiations.
  • Strong mobility: Ability to travel internationally to Europe, US, Asia, and MENA.
  • Experience in defining and measuring sales KPIs and team performance management.

Nice to have

  • Proven track record in public speaking at conferences and industry panels.
  • Active personal branding and LinkedIn presence as an industry thought leader.
  • Prior experience in designing or implementing sales training programs.
