What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of partner relationships, from onboarding to ongoing management.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partnerships to optimize outcomes.
- Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms that drive long-term value.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on partnership initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships roles within payments, SaaS, or enterprise tech.
- Deep understanding of the payments partner ecosystem and GTM models.
- Strong ability to influence and work across executive stakeholders, partner sales, and technical teams.
- Excellent business development, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets, analyze partner performance data, and track referral/reporting metrics.
- Must be located within the US.
