Location: Remote (within the US)

Salary: $200,000 - $230,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of partner relationships, from onboarding to ongoing management.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partnerships to optimize outcomes.
  • Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms that drive long-term value.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on partnership initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships roles within payments, SaaS, or enterprise tech.
  • Deep understanding of the payments partner ecosystem and GTM models.
  • Strong ability to influence and work across executive stakeholders, partner sales, and technical teams.
  • Excellent business development, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets, analyze partner performance data, and track referral/reporting metrics.
  • Must be located within the US.

Nice to have

  • Payments Industry Background.
  • Sales Enablement or Partner Marketing Exposure.
  • Strong background working in distribution.
