Looking for a hands-on Sales Leader to build and scale a high-performing sales function from scratch.

🔹 Remote role | Focus on EU markets
🔹 Full ownership of sales (strategy, team, KPIs, performance)
🔹 Must bring an active BDM team (2–5+) and scale further
🔹 Strong focus on affiliates/IBs, deposits, and volume growth
