What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the Web3 business vertical.
- Build, manage, and scale the sales team through effective hiring, training, and performance leadership.
- Own strategic relationships with Tier-1 clients while driving high-value partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on product positioning and industry events.
- Represent the company at major global conferences as a thought leader.
- Define, track, and optimize performance KPIs for team and revenue success.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Web3 or 10+ years in Fintech.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Deep understanding of the Web3/Crypto industry with an established professional network.
- English fluency with strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Willingness and availability for international travel (Europe, US, Asia, Middle East).
- Experience in hiring, performance management, and scaling sales functions.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a senior leadership role such as Head of Sales, VP of Sales, or Head of Partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders.
