hirify.global is a leading fintech company specializing in secure cryptocurrency payment processing for industries including iGaming, Forex, and PSPs.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the Web3 business vertical.
  • Build, manage, and scale the sales team through effective hiring, training, and performance leadership.
  • Own strategic relationships with Tier-1 clients while driving high-value partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on product positioning and industry events.
  • Represent the company at major global conferences as a thought leader.
  • Define, track, and optimize performance KPIs for team and revenue success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Web3 or 10+ years in Fintech.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of the Web3/Crypto industry with an established professional network.
  • English fluency with strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Willingness and availability for international travel (Europe, US, Asia, Middle East).
  • Experience in hiring, performance management, and scaling sales functions.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a senior leadership role such as Head of Sales, VP of Sales, or Head of Partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders.
