hirify.global is seeking a proactive and resilient Sales Development Representative to help build a scalable outbound sales machine.
What you will do
- Build and maintain a high-volume outbound pipeline by researching target companies and decision-makers.
- Execute daily outbound outreach and manage CRM data strictly within Salesforce.
- Pre-qualify leads and schedule DEMO meetings for the Sales team.
- Follow structured outreach and follow-up sequences, handling objections and iterating messaging.
- Collaborate closely with Sales leadership, participating in syncs to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR roles.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (mandatory) and HubSpot.
- Experience with outbound and prospecting tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- B2B SaaS experience, with a strong advantage in payments or fintech industries.
- Ability to work with large volumes of outreach, demonstrating strong written communication skills and process thinking.
- English level: working proficiency. Russian is a strong advantage.
