Location: Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid position requiring 3 days/week in office).

What you will do

  • Drive new business by managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing.
  • Conduct proactive cold calls and discovery conversations to identify and address business needs.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals to prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline progress in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with international teams to refine global sales strategies and improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent Dutch communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Proven professional experience in B2B outreach and sales.
  • Solid understanding of core sales techniques including cold calling and objection handling.
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a collaborative mindset.
  • Must be located in or willing to commute to Amsterdam for the hybrid work requirement.
