What you will do
- Lead and coach a sales team focused on the DACH market with hands-on involvement in sales activities.
- Manage team-level KPIs, monitor pipeline health, and implement improvement plans.
- Support team members in complex negotiations and deal strategies.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with account managers and sales leadership to share best practices.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work onsite in Barcelona, Spain
- 2–3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Senior AE or strong individual contributor with leadership motivation.
- Native-level German and fluent English required.
- Strong communication, resilience, and team management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in full-cycle B2B sales and prospecting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience scaling teams or business units.
- Spanish language skills.
