What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including qualification, discovery, demos, and closing.
  • Conduct high-impact, value-driven product demos for global mid-market and enterprise prospects.
  • Translate complex technical client needs into customized conversational workflow solutions.
  • Manage and exceed monthly revenue quotas through disciplined pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share feedback and drive regional growth.
  • Guide prospects through the trial period to ensure product value and accelerate deal closures.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder deals in the mid-market or enterprise space.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.

Nice to have

  • Background in conversational marketing or customer experience platforms.
  • Familiarity with APIs and technical integrations.
  • Experience with chatbots or automated workflow design.
