What you will do
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including qualification, discovery, demos, and closing.
- Conduct high-impact, value-driven product demos for global mid-market and enterprise prospects.
- Translate complex technical client needs into customized conversational workflow solutions.
- Manage and exceed monthly revenue quotas through disciplined pipeline management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share feedback and drive regional growth.
- Guide prospects through the trial period to ensure product value and accelerate deal closures.
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Demonstrated history of consistently hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder deals in the mid-market or enterprise space.
- Proficiency with modern sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.

- Background in conversational marketing or customer experience platforms.
