What you will do

  • Engage new and existing users to demonstrate the value of HashiCorp technology.
  • Manage full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound activities using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
  • Build and execute strategic business plans to meet quarterly and annual targets.
  • Align technical solutions to customer business needs and security requirements.
  • Forecast business revenue accurately on a monthly and quarterly cadence.

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish language proficiency is mandatory.
  • 2+ years of complex, full-cycle sales closing experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing inbound and outbound sales motions.
  • Experience with cloud and infrastructure software ecosystems.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
