What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle independently, from initial lead qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Conduct high-impact, customized product demonstrations for global mid-market and enterprise prospects.
- Translate complex business needs into efficient, AI-driven conversational workflows.
- Guide prospects through the trial period to accelerate time-to-value and ensure successful project implementation.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share feedback and shape go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales within a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Builder mindset with the ability to lead interactive, technical demos and co-create workflows live.
- Deep understanding of workflow automation and ability to simplify technical concepts for clients.
- Comfortable managing multi-stakeholder deals in the mid-market and enterprise segments.
Nice to have
- Experience with conversational automation, chatbots, or customer experience (CX) platforms.
- Background in digital or conversational marketing.
- Technical familiarity with APIs and advanced integrations.
