What you will do

  • Execute outreach to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social channels.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
  • Consistently hit activity KPIs including calls, emails, and booked meetings.
  • Maintain and update lead data within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Madrid for hybrid work.
  • Spanish language fluency is required.
  • Strong interest in building a career within the sales and technology sectors.
  • Coachability and a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Ability to manage high-volume activity in a fast-paced environment.
