What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agency partners and clients for programmatic advertising inquiries.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign operations including account setup, troubleshooting, and performance reporting.
- Develop data-driven insights to guide and optimize client KPI strategies.
- Lead client performance review meetings and present post-campaign analyses and quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Manage monthly billing reconciliation and maintain internal pipeline systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a client-facing lead role managing communication and project outcomes.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
- Strong commercial acumen and technical aptitude regarding digital advertising.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both within a team environment and independently.
