- Contribute to weekly meetings with the team and Regional Sales Manager.
- Independently manage clients and become a Trusted Advisor and Subject Matter Expert.
- Manage own performance and lead self-development following personal and company goals.
- Champion hirify.global values.
Requirements
- 1-3 years' B2B sales experience.
- Exposure to enterprise software sales is a bonus.
- Agile conversation skills and curious questioning to understand client challenges.
- Interest in data and its applications to help businesses.
- Ability to book 15 new business and 10 follow up meetings per month.
- Eagerness to enhance sales skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
