What you will do

• Partner with Account Managers to identify and drive renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Build strong technical partnerships through product demonstrations and trials.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Influence product strategy by serving as the voice of the customer.
• Deepen expertise in product capabilities, configurations, and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve business issues and achieve mutual goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer-facing technical experience as a Solutions or Sales Engineer.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and major operating systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong familiarity with REST APIs and service integrations.
• Experience with B2B SaaS environments is preferred.
