What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Directors to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and execute complex customer programs and projects in partnership with internal solutions teams.
- Manage consumption revenue forecasts and monitor industry landscapes to inform product strategy.
- Drive customer acquisition and manage executive-level relationships across the region.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and the development of company culture within the GTM team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading Enterprise Sales teams.
- Proven track record of selling PaaS or SaaS at a product-led growth company.
- Expertise in designing and executing complex deal strategies.
- Experience supporting the growth of fast-growing, high-performance companies.
- Ability to lead high-visibility customer events and distill complex market intelligence.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to Sydney, Australia.
