What you will do
- Develop and execute partner enablement programs to enhance partner capability across sales, delivery, and technical roles.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and readiness teams to translate partner enablement needs into structured programs.
- Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and resources to support partner proficiency.
- Monitor partner performance trends and use insights to inform program updates and new enablement initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure enablement materials remain accurate and aligned with product updates and market needs.
- Engage directly with partners to gather feedback and enhance enablement effectiveness and value.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, channel programs, customer success, or a similar field.
- Experience developing or coordinating training, enablement, or readiness programs for external audiences.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, channel business models, or B2B SaaS sales motions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with experience managing multiple initiatives.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including product, sales, marketing, and readiness.
