Account Manager (AdTech)

TL;DR
Account Manager (AdTech): Planning and building successful media proposals for OTT, online video, and display ad campaigns with an accent on data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on driving account growth, identifying upsell opportunities, and managing complex programmatic ad strategies.
Location: Must be based in Singapore; Hybrid schedule (3 days on-site: Tue, Wed, Thu)

What you will do
- Work with Demand Facilitation and Solutions teams to understand client objectives and strategies.
- Oversee the planning and building of proposals for OTT, video, and display campaigns.
- Create competitive and strategic RFPs to win new business.
- Identify upsell opportunities by analyzing client data and performance KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external agency/client partners.
- Perform analysis via dashboards and reports to drive account growth.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in digital advertising and the adtech landscape.
- Strong proficiency in G Suite and MS Office (Excel, pivot tables, large datasets).
- Sound understanding of the digital programmatic ecosystem.
- Experience working with agencies and direct clientele.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
