What you will do
- Own the go-to-market strategy for the ASEAN region, focusing on both new customer acquisition and account expansion.
- Recruit, coach, and retain top sales talent while fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Guide sellers on territory planning, discovery, and complex deal strategy throughout the full sales cycle.
- Ensure disciplined pipeline management and forecasting using MEDDPICC and enterprise sales tools.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, channel, and customer success teams to optimize market positioning.
- Contribute to global revenue targets by maintaining deep knowledge of the platform and competitive cybersecurity market.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3+ years in a leadership or frontline management role.
- Proven success leading high-performing sales teams in high-growth technology or cybersecurity companies.
- Strong command of MEDDPICC methodology and sales operational discipline.
- Demonstrated track record of team quota attainment and strategic account planning.
- Must be located in Singapore as the primary work base for this regional leadership role.
