What you will do

  • Partner with leadership to develop and refine global sales strategies and forecasting processes.
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and maintain critical dashboards for leadership review.
  • Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to automate and streamline operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and finance on lead generation, compensation, and revenue tracking.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team regarding tools, policies, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, specifically within a software or SaaS environment.
  • Proven expertise in managing CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical proficiency with Excel and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, forecasting methodologies, and revenue recognition.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to support cross-departmental collaboration.

Nice to have

  • MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
