What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of new business sales professionals to foster a high-performance culture.
- Own and drive new business targets, ensuring consistent revenue attainment across core UK sectors.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline governance and forecasting accuracy using Salesforce.
- Support the team on complex, multi-stakeholder deals to ensure strategic success.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute targeted account-based strategies.
- Provide market intelligence to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the UK.
- 5–8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including proven team leadership or management.
- Strong understanding of the UK FMCG, retail, or CPG landscape.
- Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and consultative sales methodologies.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools like SalesLoft.
- Confident communication skills for senior leadership reporting and stakeholder engagement.
