Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 base, with £100,000 – £120,000+ OTE.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of new business sales professionals to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Own and drive new business targets, ensuring consistent revenue attainment across core UK sectors.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline governance and forecasting accuracy using Salesforce.
  • Support the team on complex, multi-stakeholder deals to ensure strategic success.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute targeted account-based strategies.
  • Provide market intelligence to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the UK.
  • 5–8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including proven team leadership or management.
  • Strong understanding of the UK FMCG, retail, or CPG landscape.
  • Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and consultative sales methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools like SalesLoft.
  • Confident communication skills for senior leadership reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in consumer insights, market research, or product intelligence software.
  • Existing professional networks within the FMCG or retail sectors.
