What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce, Gong, and AI sales tools, ensuring efficient system utilization.
- Deliver accurate sales performance analysis, forecasting methodology support, and ad-hoc metric reporting.
- Lead regional sales operations projects from initial planning through final execution.
- Utilize BI systems and AI tools to create dashboards and reports that track KPIs against strategic sales objectives.
- Evaluate existing workflows and recommend process improvements to maximize sales efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions for the global sales team on new processes and technical tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Sales or Sales Operations role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Advanced expertise in Salesforce reporting including bucket fields, joined reports, and complex filter logic.
- Strong analytical mindset with practical experience in BI and data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- English proficiency: Advanced level required.
