What you will do

• Design and manage scalable processes to improve how Solutions Engineering and Professional Services teams plan and deliver impact.
• Build data-driven dashboards and frameworks to track performance, forecasting, and key outcomes like Fin activation rates.
• Analyze services utilization, bookings, and margins to drive operational excellence.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Analytics, and Finance to align strategy and execution.
• Own and improve operational tools such as Salesforce and RocketLane.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Operations, preferably supporting ProServ and SE teams in a high-growth SaaS or AI environment.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data integrity.
• Expertise in data modeling using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with PSA platforms like RocketLane.
• Strong project management skills and ability to present insights to leadership.
• Must have proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, Gong, and SQL.
