What you will do

  • Define the Partner GTM strategy and establish investment frameworks for SI, Cloud, and ISV ecosystems.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Partnerships Leadership by tracking goals, programs, and strategies.
  • Drive annual and long-range planning including revenue modeling, ROI analysis, and headcount forecasting.
  • Lead executive synthesis by developing artifacts like QBRs and business cases using BI and AI tools.
  • Instrument the reporting infrastructure and oversee dashboards to track business health and partner productivity.
  • Manage operational cadences to provide clear visibility into ecosystem performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, FP&A, or Business Operations.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and frame complex trade-offs to drive consensus.
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize data sets into actionable narratives for executive audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and active interest in utilizing AI tools for GTM operations.
  • Direct experience with BI and sales tools such as Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and meet export control compliance requirements.
